The cardiac rehab staff are nurses with special training in caring for patients who have heart and lung problems. What we really do best is make everyone feel welcome every time they walk through the door. They will teach you, encourage you and support you on your path to wellness.

Heart Failure Management Program
The Saint Francis Heart Failure Management program can help people coping with heart failure learn to better manage their condition, reduce hospital admissions and improve their quality of life. Our program consists of one-hour sessions dedicated to topics like:

• Importance of medications
• Diet
• Weight management
• Reporting signs and symptoms

The program is personalized for each participant, so the number of sessions depends on the specific needs of the individual.  Classes are free of charge.  Family members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
